All of last year was spent in a creative frenzy, in prep for my sweet daughter’s wedding. She and I searched all over, in dusty vintage shops and virtual shops online to find a BUNCH of assorted white milk glass, along with some Hobnail milk glass. We had a vision of whimsical, fresh little groupings of the white vases tucked full with flowers, to be the centerpieces on all of the tables at the reception. We did it. We found all of the vases. Tall and small. All previously loved by others. Our vision realized. Just right. We kept a few of our favorites. Now it is time to move on, let go, post them on Etsy or Craig’s list. Hmmm. Craig’s list could be local sales, with no need to package these glass cuties, swaddled in bubble wrap and double-boxed within another box! We’ll see. I kept a ton of bubble wrap for just this purpose. I’m just lazy…

When I got married in 1974, the tables at my reception were decorated much like at your daughters wedding. We used my mother’s milk glass (my sister now has the collection)and my 2 floral designer aunts used flowers from all of our neighbors gardens.
