I love having a new year to play in. It’s a fresh, blank slate sort of feeling. The hectic holidays are as old news as last year. Drawers to clean out, old coupons tossed, mending to do, garage windows to wash. I know. Who the heck does this stuff?! Well, those are the items so far down on the to-do list that it’s fun to do the “never-doable” stuff on the list. It’s never-ending, and, although I am a list maker, I tend to get lost in projects, and lose the list! Then the need-to-do starts rearing its reality-based head, and so it begins again.
Here’s to just a bit of a breather before life gets all stirred up again! Enjoy each day. Pay attention to the details in life. The little stuff is just amazing, when you pay attention to it.
