We just had a call from a realtor-friend who said a family is looking NOW for a house in our exact neighborhood, with the very same specs our house has. They wanted to see it THIS WEEKEND. As in TWO DAYS. She was able to push it to next Thursday, but that is in SIX days! Oh, dear! I mean, it’s a good “oh, dear,” but Heaven help us! Wish us luck! Wouldn’t it be nice to sell before listing it? I say it would, but talk about going from 0 to 60!
Wow, what a great “problem” to have, Kim! We would love to put our house on the market and move a little closer to Richard’s work, but don’t know if we can face how little we might get for our home. Saying a little prayer for you! 🙂
